1.Welcome

Kairos Greater Works Center is a Christ-centred guest house. We want every guest to feel safe, respected and at rest. These policies explain how bookings, payments, your stay and our house rules work. By booking or checking in you agree to them.

2.Bookings & reservations

  • Bookings can be made online at any time, or at the front desk.
  • Online bookings are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the rooms are released automatically.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received (online) or recorded by the front desk. You then receive a receipt with a booking reference and a QR code.
  • Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) per night for rooms and per day for halls, and VAT at 7.5% is added where it applies.
  • Please make sure your name, phone number and e-mail address are correct so we can reach you.

3.Payments

  • Online payments are processed securely by Paystack (cards, bank transfer and other options Paystack offers). We never see or store your card details.
  • At the front desk we accept cash, transfer and POS. Always ask for a receipt.
  • If money was debited but you did not receive a receipt, contact us with your payment reference and we will confirm it quickly.

4.Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • Please present your booking reference (or the QR code on your receipt) and a valid photo ID at check-in. Adult guests must be registered.
  • Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability. Please ask the front desk.

5.Staying longer than booked (overstay)

  • After your check-out time there is a grace period of 2 hours.
  • Beyond the grace period, each additional day (or part of a day) is charged at the room's daily rate and added to your bill. Overstay is calculated automatically at check-out.
  • To extend your stay, tell the front desk early. Extension is subject to availability.

6.Changes, cancellations & refunds

  • To change or cancel a booking, contact the front desk as early as possible and quote your booking reference.
  • Refunds are considered case by case. When one is approved, it is paid back to the original payment method or by bank transfer, and recorded on your account.
  • If we cannot provide the rooms you booked, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

7.House rules & guest conduct

  • We are a place of prayer and rest. Please keep noise low, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • No smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs or gambling on the premises.
  • Dress and behave in a way that respects other guests and the Christian character of the house.
  • Overnight guests must be registered at the front desk. Visitors are welcome in common areas during the day and must leave by the time the front desk announces.
  • Cooking and open flames are not allowed in guest rooms. Please switch off lights, fans and air-conditioning when you leave.
  • Management may ask any guest who breaks these rules to leave, without refund.

8.Children, groups & events

  • Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.
  • Groups, retreats and hall events should be arranged in advance so that rooms, halls and facilities can be prepared. Hall bookings are charged per day.

9.Your belongings, damage & safety

  • Please keep valuables with you or lock them away. The guest house is not responsible for items lost or stolen, but report any loss to the front desk and we will help.

10.Privacy & your information

  • We collect your name, phone number, e-mail address and booking details only to manage your stay, issue receipts and contact you about it.
  • We do not sell your information. It is shared only with services needed to serve you (for example Paystack for payment) or when the law requires it.
  • You can ask us to correct your details at any time.

11.Terms of use

  • By using this website and booking with us you confirm that the information you give is true and that you accept these policies.
  • The guest house is not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as power or network failures, severe weather or other emergencies, but we will do our best to help affected guests.
